Using our extensive boring facilities, we can remove the worn and damaged substrate, manufacture a new sleeve, fit this using Liquid Nitrogen and thermal expansion techniques to give an interference fit, coupled with anti rotate pins where required and loctite as a failsafe, and then rebore to the correct original bearing tolerance to bring the product back to an as new specification.
